Definition of Educational Equality. Education Equality is a non-formal education program includes Package A, B, C with an emphasis on the mastery of knowledge, functional skills and professional attitude and personality development of students. Non-formal education itself according to the Law and Government Regulation on education states that non-formal education is the educational path outside the formal education conducted in a structured and tiered. Work to develop non-formal education learners with emphasis, knowledge, skill and personality development of professional attitudes. So the Education Equality is one of the educational unit on the path of non-formal education that includes study groups (chase) either Courses Package A, Package B Program, and Program Package C which can be organized through the Learning Activity Studio (LCS), community learning centers ( PKBM), or other similar units.
